Our policy is divided into 2 parts
1- Quality Claims (misprinted , Damaged , or defective items)=we partner with a trusted 3rd party fulfillment provider to print and ship our products . If you receive a item that is misprinted , damaged or defective please follow the procedures below
Eligibility Window- You must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. Please email us immediately at

A detailed description of the issue / CLEAR PHOTOGRAPHS showing the defect , damage or misprint
Our resolution = Once we the claim is verified by our fulfillment partner SEC 3:16( via Printful) we will cover the cost of a reprint or full refund .
NO NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM
IMPORTANT NOTE = claims for items lost in transit must also be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
SIZING ISSUES AND BUYERS REMORSE - Because all products are custom made to order we do Not offer refunds or exchanges for items due to buyers remorse or for orders the wrong size , color , style ordered by the customer .
FINALE SALE ON SIZING - ALL PURCHASES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL ONCE THE ORDER SUBMITTED FOR PRODUCTION.
